I-95 NORTH to I-195 EAST/US-6 EAST exit towards CAPE COD/EAST PROVIDENCE (EXIT # 20)
Cross Washington Street Bridge and take EXIT #6 (WARREN AVE)
Turn RIGHT onto WARREN AVE for 0.2 miles)
Turn RIGHT onto BROADWAY
Stay straight--Continue onto NORTH BROADWAY
Bear LEFT onto ROGER WILLIAMS AVE (a signalized intersection, just before Agawam Country Club)—proceed for .8 miles
Turn LEFT onto BOURNE AVE (office on right hand side—parking in front or back)

I-95 SOUTH to NEWPORT AVE/RT-1A SOUTH EXIT #2A
Take RIGHT at bottom of exit onto NEWPORT AVE for 3.8 miles
Stay in RIGHT LANE at end of NEWPORT AVE.
LEFT onto PAWTUCKET AVE and first RIGHT onto WILSON AVE (tricky intersection...on Pawtucket Ave for just a moment) WILSON AVE splits...
Bear RIGHT onto HOYT AVE for .4 miles (Wanamoisset Country Club is on your left hand side)
RIGHT onto BOURNE AVE for .4 miles (office on right hand side)—you will cross ROGER WILLIAMS AVE just before our offices

The owners of Rumford Center would like to extend out profound appreciation to our extraordinary construction team at Rumford Center.

New England Construction (lading the base building improvements) accomplished an amazing feat, namely the successful completion of the thoughtful rehabilitation of 9 historic structures totaling almost 200,000 square feet in less than one year from the start of construction in order to qualify for 2008 historic tax credits and get started on occupancy.

It is hard to imagine that last January the top three floors of building Three were indoor swimming pools and the new apartments in Building One were three-story, asbestos-ridden boilers. We were fortunate to have an amazing team of subcontractors and project professionals, and would like to particularly recognize the efforts of Jenn Matthew and Ron Brouillette (NEC). Their collective ability to work though difficult challenges, coordinate the efforts of hundreds of subs and personal commitment made the project possible.

We look forward to putting the finishing touches on the campus over the next three or four months, and to realizing the vision of a vibrant addition to the Rumford neighborhood.
