Commonwealth Landing

New England Construction recently broke ground on a significant eight week renovation project for Commonwealth Landing. Commonwealth Landing is a historic fabric mill space that is being converted to meet the needs of the Fall River community. Commonwealth Landing will house Bristol Community College as one of its tenants. This 2 million dollar renovation includes the fit out of 20 offices, 11 classrooms, and conference rooms in 18,000 sf of space. Once the project is complete it will provide 2,500 students with a place to learn. New England Construction will also be building a stair tower and renovating the elevator and lobby.
