New England Construction partnered with MCB Realty to undertake the restoration of the Rhode Island Mall retail space in Warwick, RI. The project include the fit-out of the first new tenant in this revitalized space, the Burlington Stores. This project required detailed work in the front and back of the tenant space, including sales areas, fitting rooms, bathrooms, storage, meeting and office space.
