It has been a busy summer here at NEC and we have seen some new faces join us the past few months. We have been glad to welcome aboard new Superintendents Rich Torelli & Frank Kuzia and new Project Engineer Daniel Loureiro!

As Superintendents, Rich & Frank‘s responsibilities include daily on-site supervision and technical management of a project. They will monitor and coordinate staffing levels and productivity of all subcontractors. They will communicate the daily requirements of the field operations to the Project Manager to effectively plan and supervise the operations and safety of the project site. Our superintendents ensure that every phase of our projects meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.

As a Project Engineer, Dan is responsible for assisting our Project Managers by reviewing and processing architectural/engineering drawings, submittals, and RFIs. He supports the overall management of subcontractor performance and quality control by preparing quality assurance manuals and documentation packages. Dan is a detail-oriented professionals that is focused on ensuring effective communications among the engineering, technical, construction, and project controls groups, an essential part of a successful project’s process. Dan began working with us earlier this year as an Operations Intern and we were very glad to welcome him into this new professional role.

We are excited to see the contributions our new team members will bring to our company!
