New England Construction partnered with MCB Realty to undertake the restoration of the Rhode Island Mall retail space in Warwick, RI. This CM at Risk project involved the complete interior demolition and renovation of the 200,000 SF space including dividing the space for multiple retail tenants such as the recently opened Burlington Stores.
