In each phase of construction and throughout the project, NEC will take pride in maintaining a safe, clean and effective job site. We hold our team to superior standards of safety and efficiency for each project. 

• All subcontractors are required to completed our Project Safety Orientation Program. We utilize badging program on site. 
• We will work with the fire department throughout construction by developing safety standards and a proactive relationship with the fire department. 
• Site signage clearly posted and notifications provided to the neighborhood as part of our Good Neighbor Initiative. 
• Respectful and courteous coordination with surrounding building owners and neighbors. 
• Maintain a clean and organized site to foster an environment of integrity and safety. 
• Overhead protection maintained. 
• Construction noise control. 
• Weather management if needed.
