Thank you Donnie and Jacob for spreading the wings and growing into some buyout opportunities. I appreciate the help with HVAC and Resawn lumber on Chelsea and hydroseed, floor Matt’s, and insulation on Windsor. Keep up the good work. More to come.

Thank you Andy for doing a bang-up job on Windsor. You’re settling right in with a new company and we're lucky to have you. The client likes how you get your hands dirty and I like how thoroughly you’re handling the coordination with the subs and helping buyout doors. You’re a good teammate. Keep it up.

I would like to recognize Chris Fynn. Over the past couple of months, I have observed how hard this person works. He has been the PE assigned the 5 Below, Chipotle Waterford, Bryant University and Fresh Market Framingham/Mansfield to name a few. Not only has he been doing his own role but has also had to cover the Superintendent role when asked. The dedication and time that he has put into his position is inspiring. This young man has shown a strong work ethic followed up with a positive Can-Do Attitude, even though getting overwhelmed at times. He is willing to handle any task asked of him with no complaints. He strives to meet the core values here at New England Construction and I look forward to watching him excel in his field.

A huge thank you to Amy, for being the best manager and always pushing and supporting me to be the best I can be! The SHRM Conference was an amazing and fun learning experience, and I can't wait to keep growing in this team. We’re the best HR team around!
