Ruben Amaral, Senior Project Manager at New England Construction, brings extensive experience overseeing multi-unit developments in the Boston area, including impactful community adaptive reuse projects. John Preston, Senior Superintendent at New England Construction, has built a distinguished career leading large-scale multi-unit and adaptive reuse projects throughout New England. John has lead both adaptive reuse project and Passive House certified projects in Boston, allowing for a robust understanding of the complexities of these projects. His work includes:
As Director of Operations, Adam is responsible for all aspects of preconstruction, design and construction activities at the firm. He is focused on anticipating risks and proactive problem-solving. His passion is relationship building across his team, clients, network and trade partners. Adam oversees and leads all project management activities focusing on account management, client satisfaction, and overall project execution. Adam supports client needs during preconstruction to ensure expectations are met and exceeded around the schedule, budget, and other specific client and project nuances. He puts the needs of the project above anything else with a strong collaborative approach with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
As Director of Internal Operations, Dominic is responsible for preconstruction and overseeing the company’s project managers and project engineering teams. Dominic is focused on all aspects of project controls, including scheduling and project financials, to ensure projects are executed on time and on budget. His leadership, team building, and collaboration skills bring all aspects of the project teams, including subcontractors, owners, and design teams, together to solve issues and keep projects on track.
The best construction safety managers are made from persons who have field experience, an eye for detail, and a passion for creating and maintaining a culture centered around safety. This role is a natural fit for Joe. He draws on his experience in anticipating and managing the risks associated with leading large projects. He is skilled in identifying and addressing all potential safety risks that may be associated with a given project. Early on in his career, Joe followed in his father’s footsteps and knew he always wanted to be in the construction industry. Joe received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UMass Dartmouth and entered the construction industry in 2014. Joe works with our preconstruction teams to start the safety conversation early in our project approach and site logistics plans.
As Senior Preconstruction Manager, Daniel will coordinate with the Owner, Estimating, and Operations teams to establish, maintain, and oversee the overall preconstruction master schedule and deliverables. Daniel will act as a liaison for all project team members to ensure a smooth transition between the preconstruction phase and the construction phase. With several years of project management and leadership experience, Daniel’s organizational background will provide the team with direct oversight of the entire preconstruction process. As the Senior Preconstruction Manager, Daniel is responsible for maintaining a collaborative approach to our preconstruction efforts.
