NEC’s Estimating and Preconstruction Team provides comprehensive project planning and cost management services from concept through construction start. Our experienced professionals are responsible for detailed pricing, budgeting, value engineering, constructability reviews, scheduling, permitting coordination, and full preconstruction services. NEC’s Field Operations Team provides dedicated on-site leadership and supervision throughout every phase of construction, from groundbreaking through project handover. Led by experienced Superintendents and field professionals, the team manages daily site operations, subcontractor coordination, schedule execution, quality control, safety compliance, and project logistics. Adam Arsenault

Director of Operations

As Director of Operations and acting Project Executive for the Watertown Mall project, Adam provides leadership across preconstruction and construction with a strong focus in keeping the project aligned with the client's operational needs and complex phasing structure. Adam is known for anticipating risks, solving challenges and building strong working relationships with clients and his project teams. For this occupied, phased construction project, Adam will provide executive oversight of the project execution, schedule, and financial management while helping the team carefully coordinate phasing and logistics to minimize disruption of ongoing operations and tenant needs within the Watertown Mall. Above all, Adam takes a collaborative, project first approach, staying closely engaged with the client and project team to deliver a successful outcome. Adam brings over 14 years of experience managing complex renovation projects including occupied and phased renovations.

Luke Grady

Director of Field Operations

As Director of Field Operations, Luke combines practical field leadership with a disciplined approach to project field planning, developing detailed logistics strategies and execution plans, and project schedules that align with the phasing and tenant operational needs of the Watertown Mall project. For this project, Luke with lead logistics planning and construction coordination throughout each phase of the project including a thoughtful analysis of existing conditions, proposed phasing plans and risk mitigation. Throughout this project, Luke will provide high level executive leadership of the field teams and operations, ensuring the project is executed safely, efficiently and in alignment with the project goals and schedule.

Daniel Louriero

Senior Preconstruction Manager

As Senior Preconstruction Manager, Daniel will coordinate with the Watertown Mall ownership, Estimating, and Operations teams to establish, maintain, and oversee the overall preconstruction master schedule and deliverables. Daniel will act as a liaison for all project team members to ensure a smooth transition between the preconstruction phase and the construction phase. With several years of project management and leadership experience, Daniel’s organizational background will provide the team with direct oversight of the entire preconstruction process. As the Senior Preconstruction Manager, Daniel is responsible for maintaining a collaborative approach to our preconstruction efforts.
