Bulldog Swim School
New England Construction completed the Bulldog Swim School in Orange, CT. It is an exciting transformation project, converting an existing retail space into a swim academy. This includes the installation of two pools, catering to various aquatic needs. The first is a lap pool with three lanes, ideal for structured swim sessions and training. The second pool is a therapy pool, designed to offer therapeutic benefits and rehabilitation exercises. Additionally, the facility will feature a spacious viewing area, allowing parents and spectators to observe lessons comfortably. There will also be a locker room to ensure convenience and comfort for students and staff.

Bubbles to Butterfly
New England Construction is proud to collaborate with Bubbles to Butterfly on a ground-up construction project in Norwich, CT, with an investment exceeding $2 million. This state-of-the-art aquatics facility will feature two pools for their team to provide instruction, education, and swim lessons to all ages. We're excited to bring this vision to life and create a lasting impact for the community.

Pods Swimming Aquatic Center
New England Construction is proud to partner with Pods Swimming, LLC on the ground-up construction of a brand new aquatics facility in East Providence, RI. In addition to the swim area, the facility will also have a snack bar, men's and women's locker rooms, and a family locker room. The aquatics center will host local partners and community events as well as serve as the home of Pods Swimming, a swim school that enrolls over 1,300 students from Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts.

Bayside YMCA
To meet the increasing demand for services, several enhancements to the existing facility were executed to ensure handicap member accessibility, including the addition of a new elevator. The total project encompasses over 35,980 SF of space including the construction of the new 24,340 SF Hall Family Center & Collis Aquatics Center addition with a six-lane in-ground pool and shallow family swimming pool. Renovations to the facility include a new member-friendly reception/lobby and front desk area. All new locker rooms and significant improvements to the gym, fitness and wellness center were completed as part of the renovation. Careful planning, phased execution, consistent communications and a commitment to safety were critical to the success of this project, as the facility remained operational for the duration of construction.

LA Fitness - Various Locations
LA Fitness was born in California and continues to expand across the country. This state of the art fitness facility includes an indoor heated lap pool, whirlpool, saunas, locker rooms, basketball and racquetball courts, group exercise rooms and cardio equipment space. The ground-up construction of these new facilities takes 180 days while renovations of existing spaces are completed in 150 days. They range in size from 40,000—60,000 sf. To date, landlord work has been completed for Wilder Companies at Garden City Center in Cranston, RI and Brixmor in Stratford, CT. A major structural renovation and fit out was completed in Warwick, RI. We most recently completed a new ground up facility in Natick, MA as well as the tenant fit out work in Stratford, CT.
