This design/build project team was tasked with the challenge of working with two clients on a single project with specific expectations and needs of each client. SquashBusters and Moses Brown both presented strict programming requirements for both the school and squash courts under one cohesive design and budget.
Value engineering decreased the original project budget from $6.2MM to the contract amount of $5.9MM through material selections and innovative construction techniques.

New England Construction served as Construction Manager for the renovation of the Boys and Girls Club of Pawtucket. To meet the increasing demand for services, several enhancements to the existing facility were constructed. The Club's Aquatic Center, including a four-lane swimming pool and adjacent Men's and Women's locker rooms were renovated. An addition incorporated additional gymnasium space with upgraded basketball courts and a climbing wall. Outdoor recreational fields including tennis and basketball courts were renovated as part of the Elson Clubhouse. The wellness/fitness center was renovated to offer additional space for a variety of fitness equipment and machines, with ample floor space for a variety of group activities.

Townhouse H,M,L Renovations: New England Construction was recently selected by Bryant University for the complete renovation of eighteen multi-bedroom townhouse units on campus. This “summer slammer” project was completed in just over three months, prior to students returning to campus for Fall semester.
Locker Rooms: New England Construction has partnered again with Bryant University on the 4,700 SF addition of a locker room area on the Chace Wellness Center.
Residence Halls: New England Construction has partnered again with Bryant University on the renovation of five residence halls. The renovations included complete window replacements with installation of composite paneling around all windows, new floors within all suites, installation of new fire alarms, installation of new lighting fixtures, painting finishes, and scattered landscaping.
