NEC performed a renovation of an existing tenant space within the seaport district of Boston MA. This project entailed a complete gut renovation of an existing mix used office space that was transformed into the brand-new Beyer Blinder Belle New England Branch Architectural Design Studio. This renovation included a brand-new interior fit out encompassing an open office design space, kitchen, conference room, meeting room, library and two focus rooms located on the 5th floor. This client wanted to show off their design skills and intent by choosing to go with high-end finishes throughout including Fisher Paykel appliances, Filzfelt acoustical baffles and panels, All millwork was a clear finish Rift -Quarter sawn solid oak and solid farmhouse white oak floors throughout.

New England Construction has been contracted by the Peregrine Group for a CM at Risk renovation project at 321 South Main Street, Providence, RI. This phased project included the fit out of the new office location of Duffy & Sweeney. This project’s challenges included the restoration of an existing building with an upgrade to the services and facilities needed by the law firm. The building was occupied as well during the length of the over-arching project and involved a detailed phased approach.
