Yellow Door Taqueria - Providence, RI

New England Construction recently completed the build-out of Yellow Door Taqueria, a vibrant 2,500 SF restaurant designed to seat up to 135 guests across its dining room, bar, and outdoor patio. The space reflects the brand’s lively atmosphere—bringing together bold design, authentic flavors, and a welcoming environment built for great food, good vibes, and community.

Bartaco - Boston, MA

Bartaco is inspired by the beach culture of Brazil, Uruguay and Southern California. They serve upscale street tacos with a coastal vibe in a relaxed environment. Bartaco is located in the seaport district of Boston. The restaurant is on the ground floor of Thomson Place, a structure originally built in 1907. This historic street was once a railroad line. The heavy timbers used to support the original floor structure of this old factory building were reused throughout the building’s construction. You can spot them at the ceiling, vestibule, hostess station, and bar.

Corner Bakery Café - Multiple Locations

New England Construction partnered with the national expansion of Corner Bakery Café, a fast-casual restaurant concept, building multiple locations throughout the Northeast. The ground-up construction of these new facilities, approximately 5,000 sf in size, is typically completed in a period of 12 weeks. To date, landlord and tenant work has been completed on a new Corner Bakery Café for The Wilder Companies as part of the redevelopment of Garden City Center in Cranston, RI, landlord and tenant work for a new facility in Westbury, NY for 4M Group, tenant fit-out work for a new facility in South Plainfield, NJ for Yum and Chill Restaurant Group and a new facility in Middletown, RI.

Chick-fil-A - Multiple Locations

NEC is proud to partner with Chick-fil-A on their expansion in the New England region. Our projects involve the installation of fast-casual concept restaurants. New England Construction completed the ground-up construction of a brand new Chick-fil-A location in Southington, CT, Glastonbury, CT and Newington, CT.

Chipotle - Multiple Locations

NEC has completed 4 Chipotle core and shell landlord projects in NH, MA, RI & CT. In a collaborative effort with our clients we've been successful working through a value engineering process to achieve the project goals. The projects include inline and end cap, +/-2500 sf, drive thru, patio and dedicated curb side pick up.

Sweetgreen - Multiple Locations

New England Construction transformed a two locations located in Canton and New Haven CT for Sweetgreen. These project consisted of constructing different areas for the Sweetgreen team to prep food, both hot and cold, a walk in cooler, a full wash area, an office, and of course the serve line with the dining area. The newest location in New Haven CT also introduced new serve line equipment to automate the experience for the Sweetgreen customer.
