NEC has partnered with 7Eleven on their convenience store and fueling stations in Waterbury, CT and West Haven, CT. Each project consisted of the ground up construction of the convenience store, site work and installation of the canopy fueling stations.

Along with the exterior fueling station, this project included the building of the stand alone convenience store including mercantile, food and beverage cold storage, drive thru kitchen, administrative offices and restrooms.

New England Construction managed the construction of the Noble Gas convenience store and fueling station in Windsor, CT. This recently completed project consisted of the ground up construction of the convenience store building along with a fuel canopy and dispensers and separate high speed diesel canopy and dispensers. The convenience store portion of the scope included the construction of the building and fit out of the interiors which also included an exterior patio with seating. New England Construction also partnered with Noble Fueling on their car wash locations in Norwich, CT and Groton, CT

This project included the creation of the 4860 square foot Pride Store building including a restaurant space and convenience store with a drive thru kiosk along with the fueling station. The exterior scope of this project featured site preparation, landscaping and construction of the fueling station.
