New England Construction partnered with the national expansion of Corner Bakery Café, a fast-casual restaurant concept, building multiple locations throughout the Northeast. The ground-up construction of these new facilities, approximately 5,000 sf in size, is typically completed in a period of 12 weeks. To date, landlord and tenant work has been completed on a new Corner Bakery Café for The Wilder Companies as part of the redevelopment of Garden City Center in Cranston, RI, landlord and tenant work for a new facility in Westbury, NY for 4M Group, tenant fit-out work for a new facility in South Plainfield, NJ for Yum and Chill Restaurant Group and a new facility in Middletown, RI.

Chick-Fil A
NEC is proud to partner with Chick-fil-A on their expansion into the New England region. Our projects involves the installation of their fast casual concept restaurants. New England Construction completed the ground up construction of a brand new Chick-fil-A location in Southington, CT and the installation of their locations in Glastonbury, CT and Newington, CT.

Sonic
New England Construction is happy to partner with Shree Prayosha, LLC, on the construction of this new Sonic Drive In in Stoughton, MA. We are proud to be a part of bringing this new-to-New England fast food property into our region. The building includes a fast-casual service area inside and also Sonic’s signature service carport.

Sally's APizza
NEC Partnered with Lineage Realty Group to deliver two Sally's APizza locations in Fairfield, CT and Stamford, CT. These restaurant fit outs included roughly 4000 square feet of front of house and back of house improvements. Each location consisted of a full interior scope, delivered within a tight schedule while maintaining the project budget.
