

New England Construction is in the process of completing renovations to AAA’s Headquarter location in Providence, RI. The project consists of renovating and reworking the finance department, human resources department, executive offices, real estate department and lobby areas. In addition, the hallways and bathrooms were upgraded.
New England Construction partnered with Commonwealth Care Alliance to deliver their new corporate office location in Davol Square in Providence, RI. This 10,000 square foot interior fit out project included reconfiguring the space to include open office spaces, private office spaces and common areas to accommodate the needs of the CCA team.
The New England Construction team partnered with CSL representing MGX Beverage Group in their office space renovation. This project includes renovating MGX’s existing office space to accommodate a reconfigured layout including new finishes and bathroom renovations. This project required a phased approach to limit disruption of business operations.
New England Construction was selected to retrofit a dining room and atrium, totaling 5,500 sf in space, at the Women and Infants Hospital in Providence, RI. The project was phased to ensure that the dining room remained fully operational to serve patrons throughout the entire duration of the project. Due to the proximity to patient care areas, strict health and safety protocols were enforced at all times and all deliveries were closely scheduled and coordinated to ensure no interruption to the care of patients.
New England Construction managed the design/build program for the construction of this new free-standing, two-story, 12,000 sf pediatric dental healthcare center. The new facility features a waiting area that doubles as a play area, a media room with theater-style platform seating, and dedicated dental, orthodontic, and hygienist workstations. Each operatory has its own monitor showing movies. Vibrant colors are used throughout the facility to delineate the different areas and create energetic, fun spaces.
