New England Construction recently completed the renovation to Boston University lab space. This open renovation to an existing space within Boston University's Life Science and Engineering Building consists of upgrades to interior finishes, casework, lighting and mechanical systems.

New England Construction completed the interior lab renovation at Rentschler Biopharma in Mansfield, MA, which includes the demolition of existing architectural finishes, such as lab casework, countertops, lab equipment, wall partitions, flooring, and acoustical ceiling systems. Additionally, associated electrical, plumbing, and mechanical items were removed. The reconfigured space features new wall partitions, glazing, and a combination of sheet and resinous flooring systems with an integral base. New acoustical and clean room-type ceiling systems were also installed. The renovation includes the addition of six new modular workstations with storage components. The existing 1,500 square foot space were completely transformed into new lab and office spaces, as well as a conference room. The incorporation of advanced materials and systems ensure durability and ease of maintenance. Overall, this renovation provides a state-of-the-art workspace for the company's operations.
New England Construction constructed a new space for PCHC that offers space for 14,000 more patients and created over 50 full-time, sustainable paying jobs for the city of Providence. The facility was built to host a wide
range of medical services consisting of adult medicine, family medicine, ob/gyn, pediatrics, behavioral health, specialty care, express care, and lab services.

New England Construction managed the construction of three separate projects in Cranston and North Providence, RI for the Imaging Institute. The first project was a new 6,000 sf facility featuring all state-of-the-art medical and imaging resources. This was the only medical imaging center in the state of Rhode Island to offer Open MRI, CT Scan, X-Ray, Mammography and DEXA Bone Density services in one location. The second project was a build-out of more than 2,500 sf of space including lobby, administrative space, patient care areas including Open MRI, X-Ray and CT Scan rooms. The third project was a 6,000 sf interior renovation of existing space including lobby, administrative space and patient care areas offering Open MRI, X-Ray facilities and CT Scan rooms.

New England Construction constructed a high-end surgical training facility for MedCure, a non-transplant tissue bank focused on medical research and education. The new facility consists of training and teaching rooms where surgeons can perform multiple, simultaneous procedures on cadavers. A sophisticated audio visual system enables procedures to be recorded and broadcasted over closed caption high definition monitors in the surgical suites. New England Construction delivered the entire fit-out of this state-of-the-art facility in just seven weeks to meet the client's occupancy requirements.
