NEC is proud to partner with Chick-fil-A on their expansion into the New England region. Our projects involves the installation of their fast casual concept restaurants. New England Construction completed the ground up construction of a brand new Chick-fil-A location in Southington, CT and the installation of their locations in Glastonbury, CT and Newington, CT.

Sonic
New England Construction is happy to partner with Shree Prayosha, LLC, on the construction of this new Sonic Drive In in Stoughton, MA. We are proud to be a part of bringing this new-to-New England fast food property into our region. The building includes a fast-casual service area inside and also Sonic’s signature service carport.

Sally's APizza- Multiple Locations
NEC Partnered with Lineage Realty Group to deliver two Sally's APizza locations in Fairfield, CT and Stamford, CT. These restaurant fit outs included roughly 4000 square feet of front of house and back of house improvements. Each location consisted of a full interior scope, delivered within a tight schedule while maintaining the project budget.

Sweetgreen-Multiple Locations
New England Construction transformed a 2,300 sqft space into a very modern space that is very versatile for our client. This project consisted of many different areas for the Sweetgreen team to prep food, both hot and cold, a walk in cooler, a full wash area, an office, and of course the serve line with the dining area. The space being on a corner of the building made it full of natural light with the many windows. An interesting feature in this location is there is a window into cold prep where you can watch as the employees prep the cold food.
