New England Construction has partnered with TRT Kingston II LLC, The Dartmouth Company, Neville Companies, Aubuchon Realty and Johnson and Wales University on the ground up construction of new Starbucks locations. The 2200 SF facility includes seating, food preparation and a retail space.
NEC has completed 4 Chipotle core and shell landlord projects in NH, MA, RI & CT. In a collaborative effort with our clients we've been successful working through a value engineering process to achieve the project goals. The projects include inline and end cap, +/-2500 sf, drive thru, patio and dedicated curb side pick up.
New England Construction transformed a two locations located in Canton and New Haven CT for Sweetgreen. These project consisted of constructing different areas for the Sweetgreen team to prep food, both hot and cold, a walk in cooler, a full wash area, an office, and of course the serve line with the dining area. The newest location in New Haven CT also introduced new serve line equipment to automate the experience for the Sweetgreen customer.

New England Construction completed the ground-up construction of a brand new Chick-fil-A location in Southington, CT, Glastonbury, CT and Newington, CT.
New England Construction partnered with the national expansion of Corner Bakery Café, a fast-casual restaurant concept, building multiple locations throughout the Northeast. The ground-up construction of these new facilities, approximately 5,000 sf in size, is typically completed in a period of 12 weeks. To date, landlord and tenant work has been completed on a new Corner Bakery Café for The Wilder Companies as part of the redevelopment of Garden City Center in Cranston, RI, landlord and tenant work for a new facility in Westbury, NY for 4M Group, tenant fit-out work for a new facility in South Plainfield, NJ for Yum and Chill Restaurant Group and a new facility in Middletown, RI.
NEC recently completed the tenant fit out of fast casual dining concept, Pokeworks on Thayer St. in Providence, RI. Construction includes a corporate standard millwork package with custom paneling, service counters, displays and booths. The project included a new back of house, kitchen, service counter in millwork package, 2 new bathrooms and upgraded electrical and heating services.
