AAA - Multiple Locations

New England Construction has completed the renovation of AAA Northeast Headquarters and is currently working on our third branch office. The project scope includes office, hallways bathrooms, HR Suite, C Suite, and Finance Suite.

Amica Mutual Insurance

New England Construction has completed the renovation of the Amica Mutual Insurance office facility in Lincoln, RI. This 34,000 SF project includes complete interior renovation of the space and exterior work to the building and surrounding landscape.

KVH Industries

After partnering on a variety of projects, New England Construction has been brought in by KVH Industries to manage the renovation of the first floor of their office space in Middletown, RI. The new layout of this area includes the installation of a large number of new offices, three kitchenette areas including a café, testing rooms, scrum rooms and a media center. The media center is a state of the art meeting space designed to allow for company wide gatherings on site.

321 South Main Street/CCK

New England Construction has been contracted by the Peregrine Group for a CM at Risk renovation project at 321 South Main Street, Providence, RI for the 15,000sf fit-out of the CCK offices. This project consists of the renovation of an active, existing building across multiple floors, including the installation of a major staircase centerpiece. This phased project was challenging from a logistics standpoint but managed well by our experienced team.
