This project consisted of the demolition of the existing structure on site and the ground up construction of the new motorcycle dealership. Along with structural and site improvements, this extensive project created a full Harley branded showroom and service area.

This complex, multi-phased project of the expansion of the full service Cityside Subaru dealership was completed with careful coordination and planning to execute the transition of the existing dealership location to the newly constructed space. Construction of the brand new dealership space occurred while the existing dealership remained operational with no disruptions to the service of its customers. The initial phase consisted of the ground up construction of a new dealership including multiple floors of client facing spaces and service areas. The second phased transitioned the operations to the new space in order to complete the second phase of demolishing the existing dealership and creation of a large, high-end garage space. Each phase was completed with an attention to detail, delivering the quality befitting of a modern Subaru showroom.

This full renovation of the Maserati showroom in Norwood demanded attention to detail and quality to accommodate the high-end, custom finishes of the Maserati brand. Our team meticulously transformed the interior and exterior spaces to modernize this location and provide a new customer experience through reconfiguring the interior layout and installing sophisticated, high-end finishes and custom architectural features. Along with the interior renovation, exterior upgrades included vehicle display areas and EV charging stations.
