LA Fitness- Multiple Locations
This state of the art fitness facility includes an indoor heated lap pool, whirlpool, saunas, locker rooms, basketball and racquetball courts, group exercise rooms and cardio equipment space. The ground-up construction of these new facilities takes 180 days while renovations of existing spaces are completed in 150 days. They range in size from 40,000—60,000 sf. To date, landlord work has been completed for Wilder Companies at Garden City Center in Cranston, RI and Brixmor in Stratford, CT. A major structural renovation and fit out was completed in Warwick, RI. We most recently completed a new ground up facility in Natick, MA as well as the tenant fit out work in Stratford, CT.
Bayside YMCA-Barrington, RI
The total project encompasses over 35,980 SF of space including the construction of the new 24,340 SF Hall Family Center & Collis Aquatics Center addition with a six-lane in-ground pool and shallow family swimming pool. Renovations to the facility include a new member-friendly reception/lobby and front desk area. All new locker rooms and significant improvements to the gym, fitness and wellness center were completed as part of the renovation. Careful planning, phased execution, consistent communications and a commitment to safety were critical to the success of this project, as the facility remained operational for the duration construction.
