Johnnie-O-Hingham, MA

New England Construction performed the complete interior retail fit out of the Johnnie-O location in Hingham, MA. This new retail space combine two existing tenant spaces into one cohesive storefront. The work included new interior partitions, soffits, flooring, lighting and coordinated MEP modifications. 

The finished space features 1,045 square feet of sales floor area supported by new fitting rooms, back stock and circulation areas, with the existing restrooms largely maintained. Custom millwork and display elements are integrated throughout, including built in merchandising walls, floating shelving, display soffits, a new POS and back counter, halo lit mirrors and specialty fixtures.

Burlington Stores

New England Construction has been a preferred partner for Burlington Stores and their landlords for several years, having completed multiple fits outs of the Burlington Stores program. Each fit out includes detailed work in the front and back of house with finishes, MEPs and exterior improvements from top to bottom. Each Burlington Store requires adaptation and careful consideration of the site requirements as they relate to the store prototype.

Dicks Sporting Goods-Various Locations

Our team has partnered with Dick's Sporting Goods on multiple fit out and renovation projects across New England. 

Each location consisted of over 67,000 square feet of retail and back of house spaces complete with all new finishes, fixtures and MEP configuration to transform the space into a finished Dicks Sporting Goods retail location.
