NEC has completed a wide range of successful projects throughout Connecticut, with a strong emphasis on ground-up construction across retail, convenience, food service, and specialty facilities. Our experience includes ground-up developments for Chick-fil-A, 7-Eleven, Pride Stores, Noble Fueling, and Soapy Noble Car Wash, as well as the delivery of a highly specialized aquatics facility for Bubbles to Butterflies. In addition, NEC has executed multiple retail and fast-casual tenant fit-outs for brands such as Burlington and Sweetgreen, along with landlord-driven façade improvement projects like Bristol Plaza. This diverse portfolio reflects our ability to adapt to varying site conditions, brand standards, and regulatory environments—while consistently delivering durable, high-quality projects from the ground up.
