The Fresh Market-Various Locations
New England Construction is a proud partner of The Fresh Markets, having completed fit out locations in Massachusetts. These several thousand square foot tenant projects include high end finishes and facade improvements to fully transform the space into The Fresh Market brand.
Regency Centers-Enfield, CT
New England Construction's work at the Brookside Plaza reflects a successful partnership with Regency Centers, delivering a comprehensive landlord turnkey redevelopment to prepare approximately 33,400 square feet for a new Burlington Store. The project required extensive coordination between landlord improvements and tenant requirements, transforming an existing retail space while integrating the new store into the surrounding shopping center.

Sprouts-Multiple Locations
New England Construction is currently delivering two ground up locations for Sprouts Farmers Market in Milford, Connecticut and Millbury, Massachusetts. Both projects are being completed on behalf of the respective landlords, giving our team direct experience with Sprouts’ requirements while coordinating closely with ownership to prepare each building for the incoming retailer.
Together, these projects demonstrate NEC’s ability to support Sprouts’ continued growth across New England and deliver new construction in partnership with multiple landlord teams.
