To date, landlord and tenant work has been completed on a new Corner Bakery Café for The Wilder Companies as part of the redevelopment of Garden City Center in Cranston, RI, landlord and tenant work for a new facility in Westbury, NY for 4M Group, tenant fit-out work for a new facility in South Plainfield, NJ for Yum and Chill Restaurant Group and a new facility in Middletown, RI.
New England Construction has partnered with TRT Kingston II LLC, The Dartmouth Company, Neville Companies, Aubuchon Realty and Johnson and Wales University on the ground up construction of new Starbucks locations. The 2200 SF facility includes seating, food preparation and a retail space.
