New England Construction partnered with Sweetgreen to deliver two new quick-service restaurant locations in Canton, MA and New Haven, CT. These tenant fit-out projects transformed existing spaces into modern, efficient environments aligned with Sweetgreen’s brand and operational standards. NEC managed all phases of construction, ensuring high-quality execution, streamlined coordination, and on-time delivery to support Sweetgreen’s continued expansion in the Northeast.

Corner Bakery Café - Multiple Locations
New England Construction partnered with the national expansion of Corner Bakery Café, a fast-casual restaurant concept, building multiple locations throughout the Northeast. The ground-up construction of these new facilities, approximately 5,000 sf in size, is typically completed in a period of 12 weeks. To date, landlord and tenant work has been completed on a new Corner Bakery Café for The Wilder Companies as part of the redevelopment of Garden City Center in Cranston, RI, landlord and tenant work for a new facility in Westbury, NY for 4M Group, tenant fit-out work for a new facility in South Plainfield, NJ for Yum and Chill Restaurant Group and a new facility in Middletown, RI.

New England Construction has partnered with TRT Kingston II LLC, The Dartmouth Company, Neville Companies, Aubuchon Realty and Johnson and Wales University on the ground up construction of new Starbucks locations. The 2200 SF facility includes seating, food preparation and a retail space.
Capital One Cafe-Somverville, MA
New England Construction has partnered with Capital One on the construction of one of their new concept banking cafes in Somerville, MA. This location features a fully functioning café with seating areas and meeting rooms. This facility is highlighted by state of the art communication and media support technology as well.
