Dental Partners-Boston, MA

Dental Partners of Boston is a approximately 6,800-square-foot interior fit-out delivering a fully integrated specialty dental environment designed for efficiency, precision, and patient comfort. NEC completed a comprehensive buildout that included selective demolition, new partitions and ceilings, MEP coordination, and extensive dental infrastructure to support multiple hygiene and treatment rooms, sterilization and central supply areas, imaging suites, offices, and staff support spaces. The scope also encompassed specialty framing, equipment coordination, and high-performance finishes throughout, resulting in a clean, modern clinical space built to support advanced dental care and seamless daily operations.

Providence Community Health Centers

New England Construction delivered a new, state-of-the-art healthcare facility for PCHC that significantly expanded access to care across Providence. The new space enables PCHC to serve more than 14,000 additional patients annually while creating over 50 full-time, sustainable jobs within the city. Designed to support comprehensive, patient-centered care, the facility brings a broad range of services under one roof, including adult and family medicine, OB/GYN, pediatrics, behavioral health, specialty and express care, and on-site lab services—strengthening both the healthcare infrastructure and the local community.

The Imaging Institute-Various Locations

New England Construction managed the construction of three separate projects in Cranston and North Providence, RI for the Imaging Institute. The first project was a new 6,000 sf facility featuring all state-of-the-art medical and imaging resources. This was the only medical imaging center in the state of Rhode Island to offer Open MRI, CT Scan, X-Ray, Mammography and DEXA Bone Density services in one location. The second project was a build-out of more than 2,500 sf of space including lobby, administrative space, patient care areas including Open MRI, X-Ray and CT Scan rooms. The third project was a 6,000 sf interior renovation of existing space including lobby, administrative space and patient care areas offering Open MRI, X-Ray facilities and CT Scan rooms.

Toll Brothers-Various Locations

Toll Brothers partnered with NEC on the ground-up construction of multiple amenity centers, each approximately 2,400-8,000 square feet and designed to elevate the resident experience through thoughtful, high-quality spaces. These projects included the full buildout of business centers, fitness rooms, resident lounges, and support and storage areas, along with extensive sitework to seamlessly integrate each building into its surrounding community. NEC’s scope also encompassed comprehensive landscaping and hardscaping, creating cohesive indoor and outdoor environments that balance functionality, durability, and refined design

Foster Police Department-In Progress

NEC is currently constructing the ground up police department building for the Town of Foster, RI. The Town of Foster Police Department project is the ground-up construction of a new approximately 5,000-square-foot municipal facility designed to support modern public safety operations. NEC is delivering a complete build that includes administrative offices, operational and support spaces, secure areas, and public-facing zones, all thoughtfully planned for efficiency, durability, and long-term use. The scope also includes full site development to support the building’s function and presence within the community, resulting in a purpose-built police facility that balances security, functionality, and a welcoming civic presence.

Warwick, RI Experience

We bring extensive, hands-on experience delivering construction projects throughout Warwick, Rhode Island, with a deep understanding of the city’s permitting processes, local regulations, and inspection requirements.
