Project Organizational Structure

NEC's Operations Team, comprised of experience Project Management professionals, oversees the administrative and management functions that drive successful project delivery. The team is responsible for the project coordination, communication, financial management and schedule oversight, and client relations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently from award through closeout. By maintaining strong collaboration with clients, field teams, and project stakeholders, the Operations Team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service, proactive problem-solving, and a positive client experience throughout the construction process.
NEC’s Field Operations Team provides dedicated on-site leadership and supervision throughout every phase of construction, from groundbreaking through project handover. Led by experienced Superintendents and field professionals, the team manages daily site operations, subcontractor coordination, schedule execution, quality control, safety compliance, and project logistics. With a continuous on-site presence and a focus on proactive communication, the Field Operations Team ensures work is performed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality while maintaining project milestones and client expectations.
As Director of Operations, Adam is responsible for all aspects of preconstruction, design and construction activities at the firm. He is focused on anticipating risks and proactive problem-solving. His passion is relationship building across his team, clients, network and trade partners. Adam oversees and leads all project management activities focusing on account management, client satisfaction, and overall project execution. Adam supports client needs during preconstruction to ensure expectations are met and exceeded around the schedule, budget, and other specific client and project nuances. He puts the needs of the project above anything else with a strong collaborative approach with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
As Vice President of Operations, Dominic is responsible for preconstruction and overseeing the company’s project managers and project engineering teams. Dominic is focused on all aspects of project controls, including scheduling and project financials, to ensure projects are executed on time and on budget. His leadership, team building, and collaboration skills bring all aspects of the project teams, including subcontractors, owners, and design teams, together to solve issues and keep projects on track.
As Director of Field Operations, Luke‘s responsibilities include supporting and overseeing all Project Superintendents with their daily on-site supervision and technical management of the project. He monitors and coordinates staffing levels and the productivity of all superintendents. He communicates the daily requirements of the field operations to the Vice President of Operations to effectively plan and supervise the operations of the project site. His 30-year construction career includes time at Shawmut Design and Construction and Dellbrook JKS. Luke's strengths in Field Leadership include sharing his experience with his project team to drive schedule adherence and safety parameters. Luke adds value in preconstruction by developing detailed schedules and site logistics plans that ultimately maximize productivity and quality for clients. Luke will be an integral part of our team during preconstruction to ensure this project is set up for success.
As Senior Preconstruction Manager, Daniel will coordinate with the Owner, Estimating, and Operations teams to establish, maintain, and oversee the overall preconstruction master schedule and deliverables. Daniel will act as a liaison for all project team members to ensure a smooth transition between the preconstruction phase and the construction phase. With several years of project management and leadership experience, Daniel’s organizational background will provide the team with direct oversight of the entire preconstruction process. As the Senior Preconstruction Manager, Daniel is responsible for maintaining a collaborative approach to our preconstruction efforts.
