

The interior fit out project at Barrington House on the Bryant University campus included the transformation of the key common areas into modern spaces that encourage collaboration and student engagement. The student center scope included extensive renovations to lounges, gathering areas, study spaces and support areas featuring new finishes and architectural enhancements throughout. Upgraded building systems and technology infrastructure further improved functionality and user experience, creating a welcoming environment that supports student life and campus connectivity.
The Gather RI project consisted of the transformation of 4500 square feet into a vibrant, community-focused destination for the non-profit organization. The scope included a complete interior fit-out of the newly renovated building highlighted by the creation of a portrait gallery, library, reading areas, meeting rooms, offices, lounge spaces and self-serve refreshment area. This project added a second floor and rooftop terrace, dramatically expanding the building's functionality and user experience. Interior improvements feature new partitions, upgraded wall and ceiling systems, custom millwork, modern finishes, accessibility enhancements including a new elevator, and extensive MEP upgrades. The result is a thoughtfully reimagined environment that blends contemporary finishes with flexible gathering spaces designed to support learning, collaboration, and community engagement.
This project transformed an existing commercial space into a state-of-the-art dental practice for Dental Partners of Boston at Fort Point, featuring a complete interior fit-out designed to enhance both patient experience and clinical efficiency. The renovation included the construction of multiple treatment and hygiene suites, consultation rooms, private offices, sterilization and central supply areas, administrative spaces, a welcoming reception and greeter area, and specialized imaging rooms for cone beam and cephalometric equipment. High-end interior finishes include luxury vinyl tile flooring, custom millwork, frameless glass partitions and doors, wood-framed glazing systems, decorative ceiling features, integrated LED lighting, and acoustically enhanced ceiling systems. Extensive mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology infrastructure upgrades support advanced dental equipment throughout the practice, while carefully planned circulation corridors and contemporary finishes create a polished, patient-centered environment that reflects the quality of care provided within the space.
To meet the increasing demand for services, several enhancements to the existing facility were executed to ensure handicap member accessibility, including the addition of a new elevator. The total project encompasses over 35,980 SF of space including the construction of the new 24,340 SF Hall Family Center & Collis Aquatics Center addition with a six-lane in-ground pool and shallow family swimming pool. Renovations to the facility include a new member-friendly reception/lobby and front desk area. All new locker rooms and significant improvements to the gym, fitness and wellness center were completed as part of the renovation. Careful planning, phased execution, consistent communications and a commitment to safety were critical to the success of this project, as the facility remained operational for the duration construction.
New England Construction partnered with PCHC to construct their new modernized, state-of-the-art facility. This project included the full construction and build out to host a wide range of medical services consisting of adult medicine, family medicine, ob/gyn, pediatrics, behavioral health, specialty care, express care and lab services. The new PCHC facility focused on providing a space that promoted both health services and patient care experience.
