New England Construction completed the tenant improvements for PEAK Event Services at the I-95 Gateway in Warwick, Rhode Island, delivering a fully built-out 126,686-square-foot warehouse and office facility designed to support large-scale event logistics and operations. The project centered on the transformation of an existing industrial shell into a high-functioning distribution and production hub, anchored by approximately 110,000 square feet of warehouse space complemented by integrated office, training, fabrication, and support areas.
The scope included extensive interior construction within the warehouse, such as new dock door openings, material handling support areas, high-piled storage coordination, ESFR fire protection integration, and upgraded lighting and power systems tailored to operational demands. Associated office and production spaces were constructed to support administrative, dispatch, and fabrication functions, creating a seamless connection between front-office operations and warehouse activity.

The upper level serves as Case Snow Management’s corporate headquarters and showcase space, featuring modern office work areas, a staff gym and recreational space, and a higher-capacity conference room for training and collaboration.
