As Director of Operations, Adam is responsible for all aspects of preconstruction, design and construction activities at the firm. He is focused on anticipating risks and proactive problem-solving. His passion is relationship building across his team, clients, network and trade partners. Adam oversees and leads all project management activities focusing on account management, client satisfaction, and overall project execution. Adam supports client needs during preconstruction to ensure expectations are met and exceeded around the schedule, budget, and other specific client and project nuances. He puts the needs of the project above anything else with a strong collaborative approach with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

As Director of Internal Operations, Dominic is responsible for preconstruction as well as overseeing the company’s project manager and project engineering teams. Dominic is focused on all aspects of project controls including scheduling and project financials to ensure projects are executed on time and on budget. His leadership, team building, and collaboration skills bring all aspects of the project teams, including subcontractors, owners, and design teams together to solve issues and keep projects on track.

As Director of Field Operations, Luke‘s responsibilities include supporting and overseeing all Project Superintendents with their daily on-site supervision and technical management of the project. He monitors and coordinates staffing levels and the productivity of all superintendents. He communicates the daily requirements of the field operations to the Vice President of Operations to effectively plan and supervise the operations of the project site. His 25-year construction career includes time at Shawmut Design and Construction and Dellbrook JKS. Luke's strengths in Field Leadership include sharing his experience with his project team to drive schedule adherence and safety parameters. Luke adds value in preconstruction by developing detailed schedules and site logistics plans that ultimately maximize productivity and quality for clients. Luke will be an integral part of our team during preconstruction to ensure this project is set up for success.

The best construction safety managers are made from persons that have field experience, an eye for detail, and a passion for creating and maintaining a culture centered around safety. This role is a natural fit for Joe. He draws on his experience in anticipating and managing the risks associated with leading large projects. He is skilled in identifying and addressing all potential safety risks that may be associated with a given project. Early on in his career, Joe followed in his father’s footsteps and knew he always wanted to be in the construction industry. Joe received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UMass Dartmouth and entered the construction industry in 2014. Joe works with our preconstruction teams to start the safety conversation early in our project approach and site logistics plans.

As Senior Project Manager Ruben oversees all phases of a construction project from initial planning through final delivery, ensuring the work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. He will lead the entire project team, coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and manage schedules, budgets, contracts, and risk. His project responsibilities include developing project plans, monitoring progress, resolving issues, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining clear communication among stakeholders. He provides strategic oversight, mentors junior staff, makes high-level decisions, and serves as the primary point of accountability for project success. He is currently underway on a 40 unit multi-family project and in preconstruction on another 68 unit multi-family project.

As Senior Superintendent, John supports the Project Team through on-site Field Leadership, management and coordination. He ensures fieldwork meets safety regulations, company standards, and codes, while keeping the project on schedule by working closely with subcontractors. John also aids communication by attending meetings and working collaboratively with the Senior Project Manager. His experience spans a variety of spaces, including extensive work on multi family projects in MA and RI. Most recently, John is Site Superintendent for Dexter Street Commons. Dexter Street Commons is a 150 unit, mixed use project in Pawtucket, RI. He is currently 11 months in on an 18 month schedule. This project is tracking on time and under GMP.
