Our preconstruction and construction process includes Procore for document control and communication.
Discounts include waiving all preconstruction costs upon signed GMP and a change order "holiday" on $200,000 of change orders. We will waive any overhead and profit on $200,000 of change orders. We are confident in our ability to plan, procure and construct the project minimizing construction change orders.
