New England Construction recently completed the renovation and upgrade to two high-end auto showrooms for Boch Enterprises. This job required intense attention to detail in order to meet both the auto brand and dealership owner’s expectations while the location remained in operation. Each showroom features unique surfaces, design elements, lighting and display structures set to the specifications of the Ferrari & Maserati luxury brands.

New England Construction was hired to construct the new InSkip Auto Mall consisting of the renovation and ground-up construction of ten dealerships, including Acura, Audi, Bentley, BMW, Infiniti, Mini Cooper, Nissan, Porsche, Smart Car, and Volvo. Throughout the course of construction of each facility, New England Construction worked diligently to maintain on-going operations at all adjacent dealerships. High-end finishes were incorporated into all of the dealerships, with top-of-the-line millwork and casework at several locations. Each facility features technologically-advanced service drives that benefit both staff and customers. Expansive vehicle showrooms, sales and executive offices, heated indoor service drives, full-service paint booths, and gas filling stations were also constructed. The Warwick Mini Cooper dealership was the first to be constructed in the United States.

Dealership: New England Construction successfully led the design/build program for the full interior demolition and renovation of an existing 22,000 sf automotive dealership. The new state-of-the-art dealership was completed in just six months and features modern decor and high-level finishes that closely mirror the established corporate standards.
Body Shop: This project involved the new construction of an 8,000 sf body shop for the Scott’s Volkswagen dealership in East Providence, RI. The interior of the body shop included six distinct auto repair bays, two paint prep areas, two paint booths, an office and a reception area. Scott’s Volkswagen required a balance between a functional workspace and a high-end branded office for client operations, and our team provided that blend successfully.
