The depth and strength of NEC’s expertise and its considerable resources offered a level of comfort that allowed us to focus on even more development opportunities. Their experience working with State and Federal agencies on both public and private developments has been critical to supporting program requirements throughout development, pre-construction and execution of construction services. I recommend the firm highly and unequivocally.
